THE EDUCATORS TRUST GRANTS FOR PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT

The Educators Trust offers a number of Professional Development Grants every year. Applications are invited from educators with at least 3 years’ current working experience who wish to broaden their professional skills. Professional Development Grants are intended to provide short-duration assistance to practitioners in order to broaden their professional skills by undertaking activities which increase their effectiveness, proficiency and creativity and contribute to education more generally.

Who can Apply?

Applicants can come from any subject field and any sector of education and training, from early years to lifelong learning, including those who are employed full-time, part-time or are self-employed. They must have at least 3 years’ current working experience.

How to Apply

1) Applicants should complete and submit the PDF grant application form which can be downloaded from here or as a word document which will download directly to your PC here Educators Trust Grant application Word Document version

2) The application form invites a proposal for an activity which enables the applicant to enhance their professional skills and experience. This should be no more than 500 words; expand the space in the application form if necessary.

3) Applications must be submitted by the deadline of 4 November 2022.

4) Applicants will be notified of the success or otherwise of their applications by 10 December 2022.
